MAYRA PARK AVM

Shopping Center Designed by CEG Architecture - Mayra Park Shopping Mall

The shopping mall in İncek, Ankara, presents a modern and modular architectural design. Its overall form is composed of interlocking rectangular volumes, creating a dynamic appearance with varying heights and staggered facades. The use of modular elements not only enhances the flexibility of the structure but also allows for future expansion if needed.

The façade is clad with a combination of glass, metal, and textured panels, providing a sleek yet warm look. Large floor-to-ceiling glass panels dominate the exterior, offering abundant natural light into the interior spaces while also allowing for visual connectivity between the inside and outside. The metal cladding adds a contemporary touch and emphasizes the clean lines of the building, while textured stone or ceramic panels are used to introduce an organic contrast.

Sustainability plays a key role in the design, with green terraces and rooftop gardens softening the mass of the building and contributing to the local ecosystem. These green areas also provide pleasant communal spaces for visitors, integrating nature into the shopping experience.

The modularity of the design ensures that the internal layout is adaptable, with flexible retail units that can be reconfigured according to tenant needs. This flexibility supports a wide variety of stores, from flagship retail outlets to boutique shops. The mall also includes a food court, entertainment zones, and ample underground parking to cater to both local and regional visitors.

The exterior landscaping complements the mall's modern aesthetic, featuring open plazas, seating areas, and water elements, all of which create an inviting public space that integrates with the urban fabric of İncek. The architectural design achieves a balance between functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics, making the mall a landmark destination in the area.
